This design was drawn for a client who wanted an office in his garden but with the convenience of a shower room as well. The utility was added to remove the laundry from the home.
Originally designed as an open plan office, a private room was added together with a wc and store room to better suit the client's requirements.
This design works well both as guest and permanent accommodation. The structure could be slightly lengthened if a small kitchenette were required.
This design maintains the appeal of the outlook windows but allows for a small en suite as well. The outside room was required for storage.
Designed primarily as a sun room, this structure makes use of a near flat tin or fiberglass roof to minimise its impact in the garden grounds.
